Bio

Hi there! I am a photographer based in Waynesville, NC. I love plants, magic, exploring, and visually creating.

Since I was a wee tot, I've always loved that I could capture how I see the world, through a camera, and share it with others. So, I pursued a career in it. Went to college for it. Heck, I even left my corporate job and moved states to pursue my passion, my way! This path of mine has been no easy feat, as I have had a lot of doubters when it comes to my choice in an 'artistic field'. 

Doesn't matter. Time and time again, I listened to my gut and did what makes me happy. I am so glad I did!

Throughout my career, human connection has come to be a big factor in my work; meeting strangers, sharing stories, and getting across those emotions through my images. In fact, my soul-purpose (yes, you read that correctly) in my work is to help others see the beauty I see... in YOU. I want you to look at yourself and see that beauty that everyone else sees in you. This is why I have what I call my "Empowerment Sessions".

In these one-on-one sessions with me you gain the opportunity of really honing in on your relationship to loving yourself. I want you to feel beautiful and empowered in front of the camera and beyond. The photoshoots are very low-pressure. It is my job to make it easy and fun for you! SO go on... buy that dress or suit you've been dying to wear 'just because' and slide into my DMs to book a session with me. You will not regret it!

Expertise

An alumnae of Ohio University, I take pride in being a Bobcat as well having the opportunity to be a student of the Visual Communications school there. I graduated with a Bachelor's in commercial photography with a minor in ethical philosophy. 

I have worked through a diverse range of employers. Whether that be working for corporations or freelancing for small businesses - I love supporting my local community!
